what is a voice modem and what is a modem and where can i get both these equipments?
also what is a USB based voice modem and wher to get that too?
a modem takes a digital signal and MODulates it into an audible sound that can be transmitted over a telephone line and the receiving end DEModulates the sound and turns it back into a digital signal. (modulate/demodulate — modem for short)

As far as you’re concerned a voice modem _is_ a modem. The voice tag just specifies that the modem is capable of being used as a speakerphone/answering machine through your PC.
For small businesses sake, please try to find one at any generic local computer repair shop.
or failing that, go check out Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Circut City, Frys, etc.
No insult intended but if you did not know what this is in the first place, your best bet is probably to get a USB based voice modem because of the ease of installation. You should be able to do the USB based install yourself.
The other kind of modem would require you to crack open your comptuer case, and you obviously have no business doing that.
