Some time ago a customer brought me a power supply that had problems. It was a 150w if it was a 175W. I had to disarm to fix the frayed son out. The heat is transferred if the white mass is seen through the images. When everything is working well and the metal cage in the radiator heats up and transfer heat to the metal plate on top of the radiator. The fan is mounted on the metal plate to cool the metal plate and turn cold housing supply. I also warn that you should not try to dismantle. Microsoft superglue screws into the holes to get them you need to heat and then remove them quickly. Glue smell burning eyes burning and not really worth it just to remove.
