how to make it possible for a ps3 memory card adapter To work on a pc?

I also want to be able to alter the information on the card add files delete files. I want to add the memen to hack to the card but I do not to do any modding of hardware.
i just bought a ps3 adapter.
and where to get the correct stuff if i need any?
